When ordering please ensure that your selected style and colour are correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are made incorrectly. Please be aware that the computer monitor can affect the colour shown to a certain extent.

All pieces are made to order, one at a time, and great attention to detail is given. Hence, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. For overseas orders please allow a further 2 weeks. If you need your purchase sooner please contact us and we will do our best to oblige.

Return policy: Please note that due to the personal nature of hats, there is a strict NO-RETURNS and NO-EXCHANGE policy so please be sure of your purchase. If an item is damaged in transit to you, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and dispatch it back to us within 48 hours. Complaints after this period cannot be entertained. In the unlikely event that the item is damaged, on receipt of its return to us, your money will be refunded. Please obtain proof of dispatch for any returned items as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.
